Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

You can request a shipping address change within 1 hour of placing your order. After that 1-hour window, your order is sent to our fulfillment center and the address can no longer be modified — changes at that stage would cause issues across our systems.

How to change your address within 1 hour of ordering

Open the Romeo chat widget on ripvan.com and tell Romeo you need to change your shipping address. Have your order number (like #115636) and the email you used at checkout ready. Romeo will collect your order number and the new address and create a priority ticket so our team can update it before the order ships.

What if it’s been more than 1 hour since I ordered?

If more than 1 hour has passed, the order is already with our fulfillment partner and we’re unable to modify the shipping address. Romeo will open a ticket so our team can look into the best next step for your specific order. If the package is returned to us as undeliverable, we’ll reach out to arrange a resolution.
