How do I manage my Rip Van subscription?

How to pause your subscription

To pause your Rip Van subscription, log in to your account portal, go to Subscriptions, click Manage, and choose a pause length (for example, 2 weeks or 1 month). Your subscription will automatically resume at the end of the pause period.

How to skip your next subscription order

To skip your next Rip Van subscription order, log in to your account portal and go to Delivery schedule (or Upcoming orders). Find your next shipment and click Skip. The order after that will ship on your normal schedule.

How to change your subscription delivery frequency

To change how often you receive Rip Van subscription orders, log in to your account portal, go to Subscriptions, click Manage, then look for Delivery frequency. Pick a new cadence (every 2 weeks, monthly, every 2 months, etc.) and save.

How to swap products in your subscription

To swap a product in your Rip Van subscription, log in to your account portal, go to Subscriptions, click Manage, then click Swap next to the product you want to change. Pick the new product and confirm. Your next order will ship with the new selection.

How to update your subscription shipping address

To update the shipping address on future subscription orders, log in to your account portal and go to Shipping address. Enter the new address and save. Note: this only affects future subscription orders. If you need to change the address on a specific order that’s already been placed, contact us within 1 hour of placing it — see our Address Changes article for details.

How to cancel your subscription

To cancel your Rip Van subscription, log in to your account portal, go to Subscriptions, click Manage, then click Cancel subscription and follow the prompts. If the portal asks something you’re not sure about, contact us through Romeo and our team will help you finish the cancellation.
